In the midst of the Springlike weather we're having in Pittsburgh, we are filled with hope and excitement for what God is doing and will do in the "city of Truth." We are busy preparing for our summer camp programs and our service camps are filling up too. God is on the move!
The reality of developing servant leaders and upholding the dignity of vulnerable homeowners is that it takes resources. We are blessed by those who support us with their volunteer time, by sending their work teams, and in many other ways. We are very excited to announce our employment opportunities for the summer of 2012. Every summer our beautiful corner of this great city becomes more alive than ever. Our park and school building overflow with sounds of kids from the community learning and growing as a part of our three-fold summer camp program. The guest house and sanctuary are overwhelmed by the thousands of young people that come from near and far to perform free home repair to our city's most vulnerable homeowners. And our urban farm spills over the bounty of fresh, healthy fruits and vegetables while the swimming pool splashes with the gleeful sounds of summer.
